As Organon’s Talent & Diversity leader, Iris is focused on building a positive and unique employee experience with diversity at its core. Iris leads a global team of diverse professionals across learning and development, talent attraction, workforce analytics, talent and performance management, and diversity and inclusion. These teams work collaboratively to create seamless and integrated employee experience, all build upon the same set of guiding philosophies and principles.
Prior to joining Organon, Iris was the head of talent, diversity and inclusion at Solenis, a privately-held global specialty chemicals company, spun-off from Ashland Chemical. Prior to Solenis, Iris held a variety of positions in companies ranging from a small disruptive healthcare startup to a large multinational biopharmaceutical, and a Fortune 50 domestic telecommunications giant. Iris began her career as a consultant at Hat Group, now part of Korn Ferry, where she advised clients on alignment of competency-based human resources process with business strategy.
Iris is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Management & Organizational Behavior. She is an ICF-certified executive coach and completed a certificate program in Fostering Diversity & Inclusion from Yale University. Iris is bilingual, English and Spanish.
