Jennifer Rodger is the Director of People and Culture at TeamDynamix, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources to her role. She leads a high-performing People Operations team focused on driving organizational performance, employee growth, and leadership excellence. Jennifer designs and implements performance management frameworks that align individual contributions with business goals, fostering a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.

She champions programs that elevate employee skills, strengthen managerial capability, and foster ongoing career growth. In addition, Jennifer integrates diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles into all People practices, promoting a workplace where every employee can thrive. A strong advocate for engagement and retention, Jennifer also oversees compensation and benefits strategies that reward performance and sustain long-term satisfaction.

Before joining TeamDynamix, Jennifer held HR leadership roles at McGraw Hill and Achieve3000, following several years strengthening HR infrastructures in the non-profit sector. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Delaware and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
