Josie Sutcliffe is Oleeo’s VP and Global Head of Marketing. With years of experience marketing HR technologies, Josie has proven experience building successful B2B marketing organizations and is passionate about thought leadership, market education, and new category creation.

Prior to joining Oleeo, Josie was VP of Marketing at people analytics leader Visier, where she built the marketing function and saw the company grow from 40 to 450 people over a period of 5 years.

In addition to her expertise in growth marketing, Josie is passionate about diversity & inclusion, speaks and writes on the topic, and has led and published research on gender equity, ageism, and millennials.
