Kirsten is a progressive and analytical Human Resources executive with over 15 years of experience in a variety of industries and roles, focused primarily on delivering business results and helping people love what they do.  She is currently serving as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation at Greenway Health - a software organization in the healthcare space - leading organizational development, talent acquisition, total rewards, HRIS and learning.    

Prior to joining Greenway Health, Kirsten held multiple leadership roles with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.  She worked globally to provide strategic HR support for finance, IT, supply chain, manufacturing, legal, communications, sales and marketing teams; led the executive compensation function for the company and built processes related to change management, succession planning, leadership assessment, team dynamics and organizational design.  She started her career with a paper company in Wisconsin serving in a variety of roles including HR, marketing and operations. 

Kirsten is a certified executive coach, Talentsmart, Inc. Emotional Intelligence trainer and Human Synergistics® accredited culture practitioner.  She has a BA in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
