Lana Peters is a seasoned executive and proven revenue leader with a consistent track record of driving scalable growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes across global markets. With deep expertise in SaaS, professional services, and agency environments, she has successfully led high-performing teams and multimillion-dollar revenue operations from startup to $200M+.
As Chief Revenue and Customer Experience Officer at Klaar, Lana oversees Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Klaar empowers organizations to drive high-impact performance management through AI-enhanced simplicity, real-time visibility, and deep configurability—turning HR complexity into strategic clarity.
Lana brings extensive general management experience across go-to-market functions, including Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Operations. Her domain expertise spans Human Capital Management (HCM), Performance & Talent Management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and brand and marketing strategy.
Prior to Klaar, Lana served as Senior Vice President, Americas and Europe at Disprz, a leading learning and development platform, where she built and led GTM strategy, teams, and operations for the Americas. Before that, she was Vice President, Americas at HiBob, where she built and scaled the region’s sales organization—growing the business by over 300% in just 24 months and leading a team of 50+ BDRs, Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers.
Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Symphony Talent (formerly Hodes and Bernard Hodes Group), where she led over half of the company’s business, overseeing Sales, Client Services, and full P&L responsibility. She played a key role in the acquisition and integration of SmashFly, aligning GTM strategies and operations across both companies.
Throughout her career, Lana has partnered with some of the world’s most recognized brands, including UnitedHealth Group, Stellantis (formerly Chrysler), Vanguard, McDonald’s, Hilton Grand Vacations, Ford Motor Company, UCLA Health, and Target—helping them drive measurable impact through innovative technology and customer-centric strategies.
