Mandy Clark-Jesewitz

Mandy’s career has spanned the dimensions of human health, performance, and well-being over the past 20 years. She started as an intercollegiate Sports Dietitian 20 years ago - first at the University of Notre Dame and then Princeton University. Her curiosity for addressing the whole person – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually – led to an opportunity to bring her expertise and clinical background to Allstate Insurance Company's innovative Energy for Life Team that applied the sciences of human performance to achieve full engagement and resilience. As a key member of the leadership team that trained employees and leaders on how to skillfully manage their energy, she saw the transformational potential of these holistic programs, but also had a bigger vision for positive change to evolve well-being from a program-driven to culture-driven approach. She went on to lead colleague well-being globally for Hyatt Hotel Corporation and developed and executed a culture-driven strategy designed to transform how people worked through helping colleagues have the energy to best Feel, Fuel, and Function to bring to life Hyatt’s purpose. Prior to joining Limeade in 2021, she was consulting with clients to solve people challenges exacerbated by the pandemic using the science of human flourishing through her consulting business, Well-Designed-Being Consulting.

Mandy earned a B.S. and M.S. in nutrition from Penn State University and Texas A&M University and completed graduate-level work at UPenn in positive psychology. Mandy holds a Thriving Workplace Culture Certification (TWCC), Certificates in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) and in Positive Psychology Consulting (CPPC). Mandy lives in the Chicago area with her husband and 3 young children
