Michaela Leo is currently the director of compensation programs and analytics with Merck & Co, Inc. based in Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities include governance for Merck’s global recognition program and managing analytics across multiple compensation programs. Prior to this role, she led Compensation and Benefits for Merck’s EEMEA operations. She has more than 17 years of global compensation management experience in pharmaceutical and services industries.
