
Nicole is the Chief Consultant and Founder of People Solutions Group, a consulting and training firm focused on helping businesses overcome their people-related challenges and ensuring leaders create cultures where people feel valued, appreciated, supported, and seen. Nicole is also a proud breast cancer survivor, and her journey has profoundly shaped her approach to leadership, resilience, and her work with organizations. She specializes in leadership development, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and navigating organizational transitions, such as mergers and acquisitions.
Nicole has over 20 years of experience in HR, developing expertise in consultative HR, leadership, change management, recruitment and retention, team building, and both individual and group coaching. She has served industries including Energy, Telecommunications, Union and Non-Union Manufacturing, Emergency & Specialty Veterinary Medicine, Substance Use Disorder, Affordable Housing, Lake Management, and Behavioral Health Technology. Nicole’s work spans across start-ups, scale-ups, and private equity-backed organizations.
Nicole holds a BS in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and is certified in SHRM-CP and PHR. She is an active member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, the 3Sixty Insights Global Executive Advisory Council, and is a Founding Member of the HackingHR Experts Council.
Nicole is a former board member of the Greater Cincinnati HR Association and the Ohio SHRM State Council. She is also a volunteer board member for SAFE on Main, an organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Nicole was honored with the 3Sixty Insights Inspirational Leadership Award for her strategic leadership and her ability to foster cohesive, productive teams even in siloed environments.
