Sarah is a Senior Manager on the People Team and helps lead HR and Recruiting at Limeade. She specifically supports the Growth team and leads strategy across the company for compensation, performance management, onboarding, recruiting and employee engagement. Sarah has the privilege of helping to build and maintain the great culture at Limeade. Sarah received her BA at Gonzaga University in Human Resource Management and received her SHRM-CP in 2015. Sarah currently resides north of Seattle with her husband and seven-year-old chocolate lab. She enjoys staying active and spending lots of time with her nieces and nephew. Sarah was initially interested in HR and has stayed in the field because of her love for helping others and companies achieve their full potential!
