Sarah Begarly is an HR professional with nearly 11 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, focusing the majority of her efforts in healthcare. She's also served in a variety of roles as a general HR practitioner a leader.
Sarah’s journey into HR began in college where she double majored in Business Management and Human Resources. After taking some electives focused on the study of human capital and importance of people strategy in business, her passion for the field grew. She served as an officer and helped start the student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at her college.
Sarah truly sees HR as a partner to those she works with. She believes HR serves the purpose of building bridges between company strategy and execution of the strategy; building bridges between management and employees and building bridges between employees and many parts of their employment experience. She prides herself on “coming from a place of yes” when possible and providing a “thoughtful no” when necessary.
