Yes. If your team is taking a certification course together, each participant can receive their individual professional certification from HCI along with recertification credits for SHRM, HRCI, or ATD.
Can Team Training be delivered to small groups?
Yes. Team Training engagements are scalable. We have upskilled groups as small as 5 and as large as 500.
Can Team Training be delivered virtually?
Yes. All of HCI's offerings are designed to be delivered in person, virtually or a combination of both.
Can Team Training be customized?
Team Training engagements can be built around any of HCI's industry-recognized certifications or workshops and tailored to meet your team's learning needs and strategic priorities. Programs can also be tailored for the cadence of delivery such as alternate days, weeks, half days, etc.
