About Me
I was born and raised in the Buffalo, NY area. I received my bachelor’s degree from Hilbert College in Business Administration and am currently working towards obtaining my PMP Certification. I have spent my career in HR and bring 12 years of recruiting experience at all different levels in banking, healthcare, and now aerospace industries. I also have 4 years working in a Benefits and Operational role where I gained experience in leaning out our processes and was trained to look at work differently.
Job Experience/History at Moog
I started with Moog in February 2018 supporting exempt level recruiting for Space & Defense and Aircraft Groups. I have been fortunate to participate as an extension of the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) and provided insight into the Talent Acquisition process. From there, we used the successes from standardizing and improving the FTR process and are working to improve the “hiring a contingent worker” and the “onboarding a new hire” processes.
I was promoted into my current operational role in October 2019. I lead a team of 6 amazing Recruiting Coordinators, ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment. Some of my responsibilities include:
• Develop and continuously improve on our recruiting procedures
• Work with Talent Acquisition and areas of the business to create standard operating procedures
• Manage company-wide core programs and initiatives including:
1. Optimization of our Applicant Tracking System
2. Onboarding of new Talent Acquisition tools and training
3. Moog Employee Referral Program
4. Design, launch and maintenance of the Moog careers page
5. Management of process improvement initiatives for relaunch of current MSP Provider
6. Develop relationships and continue engagement with Talent Acquisition vendors
