Ashley Attaway is the Vice President of People Experience & Support at Rocket Central. She leads a strong team of HR professionals that includes Team (Employee) Relations, Benefits & Wellness, and Amazement – an in-house team focused on driving culture and engagement. She is passionate about the team member experience and considers herself an advocate for team members above all else. She joined Rocket Companies in 2013. Ashley’s primary focus day to day is to ensure the safety and welfare of all team members, retaining talent while growing and protecting the organizational culture.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Ashley spending time with her husband, Matt, and three daughters, Emory and twins Eva and Ellie. She alsoplayed competitively for Detroit Roller Derby for six years. While she’s hung up her skates, she still loves remaining active each day.
