Meisha-ann has a Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with fifteen years of experience working in People Analytics and Employee Engagement across a variety of different industries. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and specializes in identifying and remedying inclusion gaps in organizations. Dr. Martin led the employee survey practice at JetBlue, led People Analytics at Flex and is the former Head of Talent Experience at Servicemaster. Dr. Martin is currently the Senior Director, People Analytics and Research at Workhuman. She was born and raised in Jamaica and tries to visit family in Jamaica and England as often as she can. She also likes to travel to lots of other places, visiting local haunts and eating local foods. When she is home, Meisha-ann enjoys cooking, reading and the great outdoors.
