As Organon’s Rewards and HR Solutions leader, Ashley is focused on building a compelling employee value proposition through an understanding of competitive market practices and employee needs and preferences. She believes that Organon’s EVP should reflect its unique culture and values and serve as a true differentiator for the company in the marketplace. Ashley brings a grounded, pragmatic and common-sense approach to her role and is energized by the opportunity to partner with colleagues to pioneer innovative approaches to recognizing and rewarding employees.
Ashley leads a diverse team of compensation, benefits and HR solutions professionals who are responsible for the design and delivery of Organon’s programs globally.
Prior to joining Organon, Ashley was the head of executive compensation at Merck for approximately 5 years. While at Merck she was recognized for helping to implement meaningful change in the HR organization played an integral role in preparing both Merck and Organon for the spin-off.
Prior to joining Merck, Ashley held a variety of progressing HR leadership roles across the high-tech, media, manufacturing and professional services industries.
Ashley is a graduate of Roger Williams University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
