Through 16 years’ experience in operations and talent management, I have established a keen ability to deliver value to customers through leveraging talented teams of engaged contributors. As a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management Executive MBA program, I understand the intersection of marketing, operations and leadership required to frame and deliver an integrated customer experience across all points of the customer journey. As a senior leader, I have worked across a number of sectors that share the common element of delivering experiences, and as a lifelong learner, I have integrated elements from each sector into my approach.
