From March to May 2020, we deployed a weekly pulse survey to HCI members assessing how their priorities and experiences were changing because of COVID-19. In addition to these data, we analyzed interviews and secondary research about engagement and burnout. At HCI, we believe in preventing burnout with engagement strategies that address the holistic needs of your people. With this report, we aim to be solutions-focused and prescriptive, and we offer recommendations and several resources to support you and your workforce through COVID-19 and beyond.
