Andrea Palmiter is Director of Advice and Analytics at Syndio. She leads teams engaged in workplace equity analysis and provides extensive expertise in conducting robust analytics and advisory services to ensure pay equity and pay fairness at organizations through years of DE&I and pay equity consulting. She is an expert in data management and workforce analytics and has extensive experience developing key performance measurements of DE&I practices and progress. She holds a BA from Emory University and a master’s from Harvard University.
