Andrew has over 8 years of experience advising companies across the technology, life sciences, and other innovate industries on compensation and rewards. In 6 years at Aon/Radford he worked with companies to design and manage: equity strategy, company-wide cash compensation structures, executive & board compensation, retention programs, and assisted countless companies transition to the public market. He left Aon to join Roivant Sciences as Associate Director, Total Rewards and helped the company navigate going public via SPAC and integrate an acquired division. Since joining Sequoia, Andrew has been focused on helping companies navigate the various pay transparency focused laws emerging across the US and build more complete rewards strategies.
Andrew graduated from Babson College Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science, and is located in Denver.
