Annette drives and optimizes leadership development programs and talent resources across the 84.51° enterprise, like Degreed and Degreed Opportunity Marketplace, to help the organization deliver results while creating a path for future readiness. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, birding, crafting and making traditional Italian pasta dishes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana Wesleyan University.
