Dr. Adam Hickman is the Vice President of Organizational Development at Partners, a sponsor of The Walt Disney Company, where he leads the strategy for human development, workplace culture, leadership excellence, and progressive career mobility. A global HR expert and trusted advisor, he has spent more than 20 years shaping how leaders think about engagement, capability, and performance. Most recently, Adam has spoken in Global HR forums in Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Dubai, addressing some of the most pressing HR challenges facing leaders around the globe. An accomplished author, speaker, and research contributor, he is known for translating behavioral science and cutting-edge workplace insights into practical, high-impact solutions. His work has helped organizations worldwide build stronger leaders, stronger teams, and stronger workplaces.

Dr. Hickman holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development, MBA in Management, MA in Human Resource Management, and BA in Business Communications, as well as Executive Education credentials from Ross School of Business from the University of Michigan, MIT, and the Medoza College of Business at Notre Dame, and has authored multiple books, including Work Stronger and Grit & Gratitude.
