Having completed his education, focused on communications studies, Eoin began his career in retail operations with leading global retailer, Lidl. His 15 years at that organization spanned 4 markets, and several roles that brought him to Washington DC, where he was Chief Human Resources Officer, with responsibility for the US market. Eoin joined Poppulo in September 2022, where he is currently Chief People Officer. His special interests professionally are in the workforce engagement space and outside of work he can be found on the beach or on the tennis court
