Ericka Portis is the Director of Performance at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, where she leads strategy across leadership development, executive coaching, and performance management. She specializes in building scalable talent systems that strengthen leadership capability and drive measurable business impact.

Ericka has designed and launched company-wide leadership programs and built performance architectures from the ground up in fast-scaling environments. At Fanatics Betting and Gaming, she introduced the organization’s first senior leadership development program to support rapid growth. Previously, at Twitter, she led the evolution of enterprise performance processes and developed talent dashboards that informed executive decision-making. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in the higher education and public utility sectors, leading onboarding, talent development and large-scale learning initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and certifications in DDI Facilitation, ATD Needs Assessment and ROI Measurement, HBDI, and Bates ExPI. Based in Pittsburgh, Ericka is passionate about equipping leaders with the clarity and capability needed to lead with impact.
