Gail Jacobs is Vice President of People Operations at Guardant Health, a publicly traded biotechnology company dedicated to helping conquer cancer globally through use of its proprietary blood tests, vast data sets and advanced analytics.
Previously, she held senior HR roles for global companies including Risk Management Solutions (RMS), CDM Smith, and Sensata Technologies.
Gail presented a flight risk model at the ERE Talent Analytics Conference in 2016 and contributed to "The Future of University Credentials: New Developments at the Intersection of Higher Education and Hiring," by Sean Gallagher (Harvard Education Press, 2016). She has an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island, and an MA in Social Relations and a BA in Government from Lehigh University.
