Jake serves as the Regional Director for the Americas at Top Employers Institute.  As a member of the SLT, he serves a team responsible for growing Top Employers Institute awareness and participation throughout North America and LATAM.  He aims to build a better world of work for all and has worked in the HR/Tech space for the past 10 years.  Jake resides in Brooklyn, NY.
