Julia leads the Research Team at Limeade Institute. Her role involves conceptualizing and implementing proprietary research projects, establishing market points of view and keeping a pulse on the latest employee experience. Julia also works with Limeade customers to help them develop strategies based on research to amplify employee experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and her B.S. in Psychology from Seattle University
