Kelley Smith (she/her) is a Senior Vice President at Citi on the Global Diversity and Talent Management Team. As the Strategic Advisor for the Global Disability Inclusion Network, she partners with Executive leaders and colleagues across the firm to shape the disability inclusion strategy at Citi. Prior to joining Citi, Kelley completed her MBA at Arizona State University with a concentration in Business Analytics. She previously worked at Vanguard in Scottsdale, Arizona in a variety of client-facing and operations leadership roles. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and two cats.
