Ken joined Pinnacle Staffing in 2012 as a site manager after serving 25 years in the U.S. Air Force. Over time, Pinnacle evolved into Peak Workforce Solutions and later Newbold Services, where I’ve served as Vice President of Staffing since 2023. In 2019, we were recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as the Fastest Growing Staffing Firm. Today, I oversee the staffing division of a $2.5 billion enterprise operating across more than 40 states.
