Most corporate social impact programs are built to check a box. The best ones transform the culture, move the needle on community outcomes, and drive business results at the same time. That difference is what I have spent 15 years learning how to make.

As Global Head of Employee Community Impact & Partnerships at PayPal, I founded the company's Community Impact function from the ground up and scaled it across 30,000 employees in 22 countries, growing participation from 13% to 83% and generating 620,000 volunteer hours and $24 million in community contributions over five years. I oversaw a $7M global budget, built measurement frameworks connecting volunteering to retention and belonging, and managed 100+ nonprofit partners. Through PayPal's $535M equity commitment and the Venmo Small Business Grant program, our work reached 145,000+ entrepreneurs, helping small business owners start, sustain, and scale.

Before PayPal, I held social impact leadership roles at Capital One, Macquarie Group, UBS, and Gap Inc., and earlier served at New York Cares, the Permanent Mission of Grenada to the United Nations, and the Grenada Education and Development Programme. That cross-sector depth gives me something I rely on every day: I have sat on both sides of the corporate-nonprofit partnership, and I know what winning looks like from the practitioner's chair.

My approach is grounded in a suite of proprietary frameworks spanning the full arc of corporate social impact strategy, from volunteer campaign design rooted in purpose and built to work for everyone, to grantmaking and partnerships, impact measurement, culture integration, and employee engagement at scale.

I also founded and convene the Corporate Volunteering Collective, a curated peer community of heads of employee impact and CSR from leading companies. Our inaugural convening brought together more than 200 corporate social impact leaders, and the community is expanding in 2026.

I serve as Executive Board Member of NYPACE, chairing the Corporate Impact and Strategic Partnerships Committee, and contribute to networks including Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP) and the Mayor of New York's Businesses in Service Council. I hold an MPA from NYU's Wagner School, a BS from Rutgers, and a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.

If you are building or transforming a social impact function and want a thought partner who has done it at scale, I would love to connect.
