As a member of the Coaching Lab, she closes the gap between coaching research and practice by acting as a trusted advisor to clients, designing solutions based on client organizational goals, and partnering with CoachHub’s client success team to bring solutions to life.

For over 20 years, Laura has helped leaders reach their potential and organizations achieve results through leadership and consultant roles in talent management, organizational effectiveness, L&D, HR, and executive coaching. Her experience includes global Fortune 100 organizations, technology start-ups, and consulting across multiple industries. This breadth of experience enables her to partner with clients for impact.

She is a life-long learner with an MA in Management & HR Development from Webster University, a BS in Criminal Justice from University of Texas-Tyler, and certifications in Co-Active Training Institute coaching, Korn Ferry Voices 360, Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership, DDI Facilitation, DiSC assessment, MBTI, Human Capital Institute Strategic Workforce Planning, and more.
