In her previous role at ServiceNow, Natalie served as a Human Resources Business Partner leader, where she led significant transformation initiatives. She later spearheaded an enterprise-wide redesign of the performance development process, achieving a 7+ percentage point increase in performance feedback across the organization, showcasing her ability to implement impactful, people-centric change. Natalie brings 15 years of HR expertise across various industries, including strategic roles in talent development, succession planning, and organizational transformation. Her career has been marked by a consistent focus on aligning people strategies with business outcomes and empowering leaders to excel. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has actively contributed to organizations like the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), mentoring young professionals and supporting community-focused initiatives. She also currently serves as co-chair of the Performance Management exchange with i4cp, helping to drive thought leadership with peers across industries. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
