Nisha is currently VP, Software Engineering, Leading Talent Enablement at 84.51°, a retail data science, insights and media company owned by Kroger. She has over 30 years of experience in the engineering field and with a mix of roles as a developer/architect and the most recent 12 years in management. In her current role, she leverages her engineering background and expertise to enable technical talent and enable the engineering organization be "best in class" by creating and driving talent strategies for Learning and Development, Engagement, and more. Having been an empty nester for a few years, Nisha spends her free time on yoga, preventive health advocation, and traveling the world. She has a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University.
