Elizabeth “Liz” McLeod currently works as a Lead Recruiting Specialist for Ferguson Enterprises. After holding to her small-town roots and graduating from South Dakota State University, Liz started her career with Ferguson nearly seven years ago, working in both Supply Chain and Talent Management Operations before joining the Campus Recruiting Team.  As a Lead Recruiting Specialist, Liz has found a way to combine and use her polar opposite interests: an overwhelming love of PowerPoints, a peculiar operational mindset and a passion for making student engagement fun on campus.

Today, she works in partnership with area leadership and supporting HR personnel across a region of 20 states to ensure growth and success specific to Ferguson’s training and internship programs. When she is not traveling, Liz enjoys spending time outdoors in the mountains of Colorado and catering to the lively demands of her two rescue dogs.
