David Lucey is currently a Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Epsilon where he leads the Talent Acquisition department for both campus and experienced recruiting.  In this role, he manages a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across all of Epsilon’s global offices.  David joined Epsilon in 2005 as part of what was then only a two-person recruiting department.  He’s personally filled almost 500 positions within the company, while providing leadership and mentorship to many past and present recruiters.  Prior to Epsilon, David worked in a variety of HR positions with both small private and large public companies, across biotech, technology and manufacturing.  David has over twenty years in human resources on both the corporate and agency side and is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Political Science.
