Forty-one percent of respondents agree that it is easier for an employee to find a job outside of their organization than inside. If organizations want to get better at internal talent mobility, we found several practices to consider through our research.

In this study, we examined the methods that enable the movement of employees throughout an organization. We surveyed over 250 HR professionals to understand how organizations that boast better human capital and business outcomes approach internal talent mobility differently.
