Armed with a BFA degree from Rhode Island School of Design, 20+ years of experience in the non-profit and Boston Tech spaces (including 7 years at HubSpot), and an MBA from Babson, Rach uses a blend of creative and analytical approaches to provide coaching programs that are customized to every client’s unique needs and styles. Through coaching conversations, Rach’s clients get unblocked as they start developing new ways of thinking, strategizing, and communicating. By developing new strategies that embrace their strengths and weaknesses, her clients are able to leverage their skills and adapt in the areas that are holding them back enabling them to get on a path to thrive. Rach has had the privilege of leading and coaching diverse teams in Customer Success, Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Operations, Marketing, and Fundraising. They have coached hundreds of clients to develop new skills and reach greater levels of confidence by coaching them to discover their goals, pinpoint their obstacles, confront their failures, adapt to change, and embrace their whole-self.
