As Senior Strategic Advisor, Erin partners with the sales team to consult prospective customers about how Workhuman’s solutions can help them achieve strategic business goals. Erin joined Workhuman seven years ago and has successfully launched more than 20 recognition programs to nearly a million employees around the world. Prior to Workhuman, Erin was a Senior Project Manager at Mzinga where she managed multiple products for its OmniSocial Engaged Product and directly managed the implementation of seamless authentication, APIs, and third-party integrations. Erin also served as a Senior Training and Development Coordinator at technology company, IDG where she executed company-wide training courses and survey processes. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and management from Regis College.
