Dee Olomajeye is the Head of People at Senti Biosciences - a recognized and  certified "Great Place To Work" located in South San Francisco, CA. Senti works to develop novel cell and gene therapies with the power to outsmart cancer and other complex diseases. Dee is responsible for all facets of Senti's people strategy, with DE&I, Empathy and Collaboration as key building blocks in designing Senti's employee experience using a People-Centered approach. 
 
Prior to her role at Senti, Dee worked as a Senior Consultant in the Health & Benefits field, most recently in the role of Assistant Vice President with Aon’s Health Solutions Practice in San Francisco. In this role, Dee helped her clients develop people strategies and deploy programs in the areas of Total Rewards, Employee Experience Curation, Culture Building and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
 
Dee’s professional journey includes stints in Brussels, Chicago & Los Angeles, and tenures at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, The Los Angeles Times, and Willis Towers Watson.
 
Dee received her B.F.A. Degree in Media Communications from The University of Cincinnati and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
