Dr. Ludmila Cofta-Woerpel is People Scientist as well as a coach at Bravely. She is a PhD psychologist and a leadership and executive coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. Prior to working at Bravely, she was a researcher at several academic institutions where she conducted health-related research with special focus on behavior change. While at The University of Texas, she served as an elected Faculty Senator at her institution for ten years. This allowed her to work on institutional programs, policies and regulations alongside colleagues in Human Resources and many administrative departments. Through this work, she gained a deep understanding of the diverse set of issues that organizations and their employees face. Ludmila admires Bravely’s mission to make life at work better for everyone and appreciates the opportunity to pursue her passions as a scientist and a coach.
