Sean leads the way for People 2.0 Global On-Demand Talent Solutions that include Direct Sourcing, IC and Freelancer Talent Pooling, and Global Freelance Marketplaces.

Prior to People 2.0, Sean Co-Founded Fulcrum, a software platform that aggregates and integrates Global On-Demand talent marketplaces into Fortune 1000 companies’ existing technology and processes. Fulcrum was a first mover in this space, delivering end to end On-Demand Talent programs for large global brands such as Kellogg’s, BP, IBM and McCormick.

Sean has earned his CCWP accreditation from Staffing Industry Analysts and was also recognized as a top millennial in the staffing industry by Staffing Industry Review Magazine.

Sean is a native of the high mountains of Colorado and has called San Diego home since 2007. Sean is a proud alum of the LEAD San Diego Impact Program and earned a B.S. in business administration with an emphasis in international business from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Described as charismatic, forward-thinking and passionate, Sean is an avid surfer and world traveler, highly engaged husband and father of three who is constantly striving to gain knowledge, perspective and experience from all corners of the globe and walks of life.
