Audra has been a thought leader in the contingent workforce industry for close to 20 years, beginning her career in IT staffing, payroll and IC.  Prior to joining TAPFIN, Audra led a national contingent workforce team servicing 22 clients in talent sustainability solutions.  Audra joined TAPFIN in 2016 and has lead global solutions and global account management.  Audra has solution designed and managed some of TAPFIN’s largest accounts, including SOW programs, global expansions, direct sourcing strategy, IC/payroll, worker tracking, and other strategic initiatives.  Today, Audra leads the TAPFIN Global Solutions team.  Audra holds an MBA in Business Leadership and Certificate in HR Management.   She lives in Denver.
