Bill Noland is the Joint Base Lewis – McChord’s Skillbridge Coordinator assisting Service Members, Veterans and Spouses link to new careers through short term industry training. In addition to this unique civilian military assignment, Bill is a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) in the United States Army Reserve and holds the title of Commander of 1395 Deployment and Distribution Battalion providing strategic logistical support to the Department of Defense.
