Tracy L. Bradley currently serves as Manager - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at IDEX Corporation, Northbrook, IL. She manages projects in the areas of diversity recruiting outreach, inclusive leadership, and diverse talent management. Tracy has 20+ years of experience as a speaker and presenter in the areas of DEI best practices, Diverse Talent and Leadership Development, and has held roles in the corporate and non-profit sectors. Tracy is also life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and a member of the Links, Incorporated. When she is not working, she enjoys creating new recipes, cooking, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
