Andrea serves as an advisor to Talent Leaders with her experience in strategizing, implementing and global adoption of Eightfold at American Express. Prior to joining Eightfold, Andrea had a 25-year career at American Express holding a broad range of roles including: launching new industries, product leader for Amex flagship Platinum and Centurion Cards, head of Global Payroll and head of Global Talent Acquisition. The common theme in all her various roles was her focus on transformation and delivering significant improvements to products, processes, performance and experience. Today, she spends time with talent leaders helping them understand how skills AI enables their talent priorities, and helps them prepare internally for the transformation and change required.
