Stephanie Reuss is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Beamible, the world’s first work design platform with over 16 years of professional experience across New York, London, Sydney and Melbourne including Corporate Finance at KPMG, Management Consulting to SME businesses, Future Trading in the Mercantile Exchange, and Leading Consulting for CEB to the Financial Services sector across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Stephanie has been recognised as Entrepreneur of the Year by Women’s Agenda and was a finalist for NSW Business Woman of the Year, and featured for innovations in work design by the AFR, Sydney Morning Herald, SmartCompany, and more. Stephanie has also been Advisor to the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
Inspired by her three children and experiences in the corporate ’hustle’ lifestyle, Stephanie has made it her mission to build a happier global workforce that’s inclusive, sustainable, and flexible. Now Steph and the Beamible team are leveraging their expertise in Work Design to scale their impact across organizations like Google, PwC, and General Mills using the Beamible platform.
