Tania is a Director, Talent Management, responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring talent management and learning initiatives at Five9. Tania began working at Five9 in 2023 and specializes in performance management, employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development. She continually aims to make a positive impact on the employee experience, making sure every employee is engaged and empowered to grow their career at Five9. 
Prior to joining Five9, Tania worked at Verizon in Global Talent Management and at FedEx in Organizational Development. Passionate about applying behavioral science to making work better, Tania holds a Master’s in Industrial Psychology from William James College in Boston, Ma. She lives in San Diego, CA with her husband, Jeff and their beagle Fitzgerald.
