Ashley brings over 15 years of experience in corporate Human Resources. She has worked in a variety of HR functions including leadership, talent acquisition and mobility, employee relations, compensation and training and development in a variety of industries. Currently, Ashley leads Talent Acquisition in the Americas for corporate functions at FM, a commercial property insurer.

Ashley earned her Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University. She holds a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
