At Engagedly, Ben leads a team of strategic advisors who help organizations put those practices into action. His work spans research and implementation — helping organizations build exceptional workplace cultures, develop effective leaders, and improve performance.

Before joining Energage, Ben spent 13 years at Gallup, leading work in employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and people analytics. His insights have been featured in more than 200 media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNN, and The New York Times. He is known for challenging conventional approaches to talent and culture and helping leaders turn research into meaningful workplace change.
