In this role, he collaborates with complex, global clients to drive business value through transforming Human Capital strategies, programs and services. An energetic and passionate leader, he has been helping global corporations in various facets of HR, finance and risk. His professional goal is to make work-life better – better for individuals, better for organizations and better for stakeholders. Ram also serves as a personal coach to HR and business leaders across the world to help them set up and extract the best out of their corporate talent, maximizing their potential, and developing cognitive solutions to improve their “belongingness” to the company. Ram’s professional journey of 25+ years has been focused on Human Capital management, product development, business operations, strategy and general management of mid-to-large size organizations. He has held several senior HR technical leadership, outsourcing executive and Human Capital transformation roles that forms the foundation from which Ram delivers value to his stakeholders.
