Prior to this role, Rosette served as the CRO of Coaching.com. She has also held senior roles across HR tech, including Vice President of Performance and Talent Strategy at Workhuman, and Senior Vice President of Business Development for two of the industry's most influential voices, Marcus Buckingham and Keith Ferrazzi.
Rosette holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Social Psychology, from Boston University, and an MBA in Strategy from Boston College.
Beyond her executive roles, Rosette is a recognized Talent Management SME, working as an independent Fractional Chief Strategy Officer and Consultant for organizations that need design guidance, strategic overlay, or executive sales leadership. An entrepreneurial force in HR tech, she's launched new technologies and built sales teams and distribution channels in emerging markets, guided by one philosophy: think it, then do it.
